22 May 2018 Technical glitches of eProcurement & Vendor Portal 

-Services resumed back to normal at 12.19 noon same day

21 April 2018 (9 am)- 22 April 2018 (12pm) UM ICT Service Disruption due to Phase 1 - Servers Relocation ( est 66 peripherals) from PTM Old building to the new site.
The affected services are :

9)  ocw.um.edu.my

22 March 2018 : Service Disruptions ( continued) due to  ORACLE SAN hardware problem since 21/3/18

- Trouble shooting in progress since 8 am in the morning. Due to the complicated steps required to rectify the problem estimated  recovery time may  drag up to  12 noon 22 March 2018 or earlier

- Affected Systems (MyUM , Staff eServices, Attendance, UMiFis, Portal resumed recovery in stages starting 10.50 am (22/3/18)

- Problem still persists in accessing the following systems : UMEXPERT, RMIS / RPMS , UMPortal > eProcurement, UMPortal> Research ,  HelpDesk & UMDashboard   as at 3.30pm

- Access to ALL affected systems FULLY  recovered at 6.55pm (22/3/18)

21 March 2018 Service Disruptions for all major applications & portal connected to Oracle Database due to SAN hardware problem ( estimate time 1 day) :Service Disruptions affecting major applications  attendance.um.edu.my, portal.um.edu.my, eprocurement.um.edu.my, myum.um.edu.my, umisis.um.edu.my, umhris.um.edu.my, umifis.um.edu.my, umexpert.um.edu.my, helpdesk.um.edu.my etc
