Operational Based Collaboration Agreement between Centre For Information Technology, University of Malaya and Linkdood Technologies supports Secured Mobile Communication
The Centre For Information Technology (CiTecH), University of Malaya (UM) has announced a collaboration with Linkdood Technologies Sdn Bhd (LTSB), a company forefront in the field of Secured Mobile Communication, Server and Terminal Security, Internet and Cloud Technology in addition to Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.
The collaboration agreement was signed on 14 September, 2018 by Linkdood Technologies CEO, Mr Tony-Brunot Woon and Director of CiTech, Mrs Asiah Abu Samah, representing our Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Development), Professor Dr. Faisal Rafiq Mahamd Adikan.
UM is Linkdood’s Pioneer Partner in their Institute of Higher Learning Scheme” (PIHLS). Linkdood will provide UM with the necessary infrastructures including Linkdood Secured Communication Platform (LCP), to boost UM’s current efforts towards establishing a smart campus. This collaboration is one of CiTecH initiatives for promoting UM-industry collaborative efforts to achieve further innovation in the various fields shaping the world of communication, mobile technology and the Internet. Under PIHLS, both UM and LTSB will be able to share expertise and resources, collaborate to find creative solutions to current challenges in those fields and channels to commercialise and market these innovations.
